			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A en croire les analystes JIVE est ce qui se fait de mieux dans la catégorie des Social Software. La société déclare même avoir inventé le Social Business, feignant indirectement la concurrence assez féroce qui règne sur ce marché.</p>

<p>A l&#8217;occasion de la sortie de la dernière mouture de l&#8217;application (JIVE Engage ou SBS 6, disponible en version d&#8217;essai via sa plateforme SaaS), je me suis lancé dans une évaluation rapide de la plateforme.</p>
<p>Première impression, de nombreux <em>wizards</em> et autres aides en ligne fortement intégrées permettent de guider de manière ludique le nouvel arrivant. Simple et efficace, la plateforme invite l&#8217;utilisateur à tester l&#8217;ensemble des fonctions en suivant un cours méthodiquement orchestré (un indicateur de découverte nous pousse à jouer le jeu).</p>

<p>JIVE propose des fonctionnalités assez standards : création de communautés, ECM, etc. mais aussi plus poussées (analytics, activity streams, app store, etc.).</p>

<p>Plus loin que l&#8217;intégration d&#8217;un réseau social d&#8217;entreprise (RSE), un projet de Social Business doit bien évidemment prendre en compte l&#8217;aspect culturel d&#8217;une entreprise et sa stratégie globale.</p>
<p>Quel est le but ultime de votre entreprise ? Quels sont les moyens d&#8217;y arriver ? En quoi devenir un Social Business va et peu l&#8217;y mener. Voici un ensemble de questions qu&#8217;il sera nécessaire de se poser lors de l&#8217;initiation d&#8217;un tel projet. C&#8217;est en cela, indirectement, qu&#8217;intégrer votre direction est obligatoire. Un projet de ce type va bien au delà du déploiement d&#8217;un simple outil informatique et nécessitera l&#8217;implication des managers, divers responsables de lignes métiers auquel il faudra nécessairement démontrer ce que le &laquo;&nbsp;Social&nbsp;&raquo; peut leur apporter. Parler ROI si nécessaire, car ce n&#8217;est pas -de mon point de vue- l&#8217;apas qui doit mener cette transformation mais bien une prise de conscience collective, éclairé par le fait qu&#8217;il s&#8217;agit, à terme, d&#8217;une nécessité vitale plus qu&#8217;un gain mésurable en monnaie sonnante et trébuchante (et j&#8217;insiste particulièrement sur ce dernier point).</p>
<p>En cela gardez-vous donc de ne pas aborder cet aspect essentiel des choses, car une culture qui ne sera pas en phase avec vos objectifs ne pourra qu&#8217;annihiler une partie de travail mis en place et rendra impossible certaines étapes nécessaires à la transformation de votre entreprise en Social Business.</p>

<li>40% des entreprises sondées pensent que le Social Business ne peut s&#8217;<strong>adapter à la culture de leur entreprise</strong></li>
<li>A 34% l&#8217;<strong>intégration avec d&#8217;autres systèmes</strong> (par nécessairement IT, comme par ex. les processus internes)</li>
<li>Enfin 30% sont inquiets de la <strong>conformité</strong>, spécialement en terme de qualité</li>

<p>Le Social Business est désormais le mot d&#8217;ordre général d&#8217;IBM. Cette stratégie depuis longtemps initiée en interne, prend désormais forme au sein du portfolio d&#8217;IBM :</p>

<li><strong>Activity Stream / OpenSocial</strong> : Flux d&#8217;activité mixant données sociales, mail, contenus riches, &#8230; intégré dans Connections, SmartCloud for Social Business (ex-LotusLive) et Notes (Social Edition)</li>
<li><strong>IBM Docs</strong> (ex-LotusLive Symphony) permettant de créer, coéditer et collaborer autour de documents que ce soit On-Premise où dans le Cloud</li>
<li><strong>Social Mail</strong> : Intégration de la messagerie (Domino ou <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Exchange</span>) au sein même de Connections, confirmant par la même occasion la place de plus en plus stratégie du réseau social d&#8217;IBM</li>

Plus qu&#8217;un nom il est bien évidemment le signe d&#8217;un positionnement qui nous démontre l&#8217;orientation d&#8217;IBM par rapport aux produits collaboratifs &laquo;&nbsp;Lotus&nbsp;&raquo;. Je trouve néanmoins dommage de perdre un nom &laquo;&nbsp;catchy&nbsp;&raquo; (LotusLive) pour quelque chose de moins identifiable voir trop générique.</p>
<p>Autre bémol, IBM joue sur l&#8217;effet de buzz mais rien de concret à la clé. Le rebranding n&#8217;est pas encore effectif sorti d&#8217;une <a href="http://www-01.ibm.com/software/collaboration/">page Web</a> et d&#8217;un mail d&#8217;annonce.</p>
